Why should I choose Sheraden?

How much does it cost?
As much as we try to be up front and transparent with pricing, it's difficult to give accurate estimates of complex projects without taking a number of variables into consideration. Some projects require structural changes to a room, or the rearrangement of major systems (ex. plumbing) and most commonly the cost of the materials you would like to use in your project can impact the final price significantly. But rest assured our experienced professionals will be there every step of the way to make sure you are clear and all of your questions are answered.
Can you do more than kitchens and baths?
Absolutely! We focus on kitchen and bathrooms because those are not only the most requested projects for our firm but the most requested projects in general for home renovations. We can handle any residential related project, reach out to us to discuss what you have in mind!
When can my job start?
After the contract is executed, we look the schedule your project as soon as we can, accommodating your schedule as well and the necessary lead time that we need to prepare for your project.We want to avoid delays at all costs so it's important for us to anticipate the ordering and shipping of special order products or things that have to be custom made. We look at all of these factors at the beginning to provide an appropriate start date as well as project schedule.
Are you licensed?
Absolutely! We have the appropriate licensure in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia as follows:

Are you insured?
Absolutely. A copy of our certificate is available to you upon request.
How does financing work?
If financing is something of interest, once we agree to a project price our customer success specialist will introduce you to our finance partners and they will take it from there.
